Spiti Valley from Manali
Take a bus from Manali bus stand, there is only local government bus which goes from Manali to Spiti valley, it can be really tiring in the local bus so unless you have backpacking budget, we do not recommend you this.
Hire a cab from Manali, it is very expensive to hire individual cab for Spiti valley from Manali.
Reach Manali by Air if you are planning Delhi to Spiti Valley trip and then either take a cab or a local bus.
You can also rent a Royal enfield bike from Manali, please note that we do not recommend bike ride to Spiti Valley if you are not an avid rider. The roads are really tough here, so before opting for this do consider serious thoughts. Himalayan Royal Enfield bikes also available with some rental companies
Spiti Valley from Shimla
Take a bus from Shimla to Recong pio, stay overnight and then next day take a bus from RecongPio to Spiti Valley

A) There are two routes you can take to reach Spiti valley from Delhi
Delhi – Manali – Rohtang Pass – Kaza
Delhi – Shimla – Nako – Tabo - Kaza

A) Yes you can go from Spiti Valley to Leh Ladakh, it will take you minimum 2 days to reach Leh city from Spiti Valley. Enjoy the mesmerising view of Himalayas for 2 days. Be careful on the road, these mountains in the Himalayas are landslide prone mountains.

A) As a traveller we will recommend to take out as much as time as you can to experience the wilderness and quiet place Spiti valley offers you but if you have time constraint then we will recommend to take out minimum 5 nights to see the mountains of Himalayas.

A) The weather in Spiti Valley depends on what month you are visiting, do not forget to carry heavy woollens even if you are visiting in summer months, the weather in spiti valley can change any time and in winters it can go as low as – 20 degree Celsius (minus 20 degree)
